You can use it to test things if you feel like being on the bleeding edge, so to speak, but it's beta-quality so don't even bother installing a dev build on a production site.

Don't install Ossn 3.0-dev on production sites, 'dev' mean under deveopment. We are still working on it, in other words 'dev' mean incomplete version of Ossn.
