I'm having trouble installing OSSN. I first tried to install via Softaculous, but was receiving an error. So I tried to install it myself by downloading and uploading the files and following the instructions on your site. However, it appears I'm still having the same problem. It says there's no PHP exif file. How can I resolve this?

Sorry, I used the contact form and the community because I wasn't sure how efficient either method would be. I appreciate your prompt response, and I've reached out to my host provider.

Already answered you in mail that you need to contact your hosting provider to enable this extension.
