I've looked in many places but cannot locate the exact location where to enter my short video to ADD A BACKGROUND VIDEO.
If you invest time to develpe a component you should go the extra mile to add instructions on how to use it.

I found it:
Go to folders...
Component,
Video Background,
Video.
Now, replace video with same name and low bit rate.
