I would like to allow members to share posts with their friends like on facebook. Is there a component available to allow that. Can someone create one?

the problem with doing this is that most people have enabled the "Private Network" component, meaning Ossn urls cannot be accessed by a user who isn't logged in. thus, it doesn't really make sense to allow users to share posts to other social networks like facebook, twitter, etc

No there is not similar share to facebook available
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
