Any new account created, they can see the notifications of changes in their profile made by others in news feed without even adding them in friends.
We wanted the feature to only show in news feed of people as Friend they have added.

To meet your requirement,
jump to your Ossn administrator backend
choose Configure->OssnWall
and change the setting from All site posts to Friends posts only
As Arsalan already mentionend: This setting has an impact on 'normal' members, only. Admins will still see all activities.

Yes, it make sense because you are loggedin as administrator i beleive.
