Sending a messages to the users

I do not know how to send a message to a member. Can an Administrator send a message to any member? Can a member send a message to a non-friend.

I have just set this up and only have 4 members. I wanted to send a welcome message to them, but I don't know how to send a message.

Move your cursor to the search field and press ENTER

Select any member you want to send a message to

User can send to message to any user even non-friends

Go to user profile and click message button.
