i have downloaded so much comopnets from so much websites but when i try to add them to componets installer i got en error saying " Make sure it's vaild packge ''
can anyone help me with this?

No,
the components you want to run with Ossn have to be valid Ossn components
as listed on
https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/components/all
and
https://www.softlab24.com/products/all
