Hi,
I encounter some problems when using OssnChat Component. The site gets extremely slow or crashes. Are there any solutions/fixes or thoughts on that issue? Does anyone else experience such behaviors?

Hi , thanks for your reply. Whenever the chat was enabled, the site crashed or got slow, otherwise it was fully functional. I/O and CPU resources were exhausted. So i'm guessing it its the chat component that raises those issues. The version of OSSN is 5.5 and the chat component is OssnChat 5.4 . It worked only locally but with 2 members connected.

I think we need more details.
Why do you think it's the chat component? What have you tried so far? What version of OSSN? What have you investigated? Have you modified your installation? Has it worked before?
A bit of detail goes a long way.
