Can someone please point me towards or explain how to install the premium version, step by step on a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 18.04

The installation of OSSN is actually pretty easy... I installed it fresh on a VPS with Centos7. So long as you upload the files correctly, you should have no problem. So long as you have created the database, and the database user, the rest is easy. It's customization time when all the fun starts :)

Gonna take a guess here, but so long as you have "LAMP" installed, yo should be able to follow the instructions in the link at the bottom... a link (one of many) to installing on 18:04 is here:

Hope it helps. You may need to learn your way around LAMP, and there is help available for that as well.
