Hi all! im new to OSSN... :)
Is there a way to change the icons of the groups and the icons of the menu items in the "Links" menu?
Is there a component for that?
Adding color to the icons will be great too...

Yes you can OSSN uses fontawesome 4.x you can check in browser console each icon have css class there you can change icon. You can also change color of those icons, you can search about how to change color of fontawesome.
