No, the only decisive factor are the segments of the path branching off from the start address stored in ossn.config.site.php. And since the start address may be some.com/, some.com/hello/, some.com/hello/world/ or what ever, the number of slashes in the url can/must not be of relevance.

We have created a page and now the component PrivateNetwork does not allow visitors to the website to access the created page.
