How to setting of videos components

i have a problem regarding videos upload components i never know how to put directory of ffmpeg i share screenshort of my videos components setting page please guide me how i fix i disscuss my service providors he said to me all is ok install ffmpeg on my hosting

Then the problem is with your provider.

  1. Ask them to make sure its ffmpeg 4.x
  2. PHP exec and shell functions are enabled
  3. Your account allowed to access /usr/bin/ directory
  4. open base directory restriction not in effect.
  5. You are not using PHP-FPM for your cPanel account
  6. You are using mod apache for it you can check in Easy Apache menu.

i put same like this /usr/bin/
but never found i talk to service provider they said never block php exec
