How to add another floting container next to chat container?

Hey guys im wondering around css and php files trying to find the floating container for the chat on the bottom right as I'am trying to add another container (not related to chat). Where should I look? Inside the theme files or the main CMS? Thanks !

I don't even have that chat on my website i upgraded and it went away
