Hi everyone. Who uses Wallet and Membership Tier Management, and who can say, for example, if the subscription price changes, users who were subscribed before the change also will continue to be charged at the new price or they will be charged at the original price?

Another question, when the admin gives some user credit and the user uses it to subscribe to some X package for example for 1 month, what happens after 1 month when the subscription period of a package expires? Does the user have to get credit again to continue using the website, or maybe he has to pay real money this time to continue or without any obligation, the user who received credit will continue next month to use the website after the subscription period ends?
- The recurring price is taken from the updated price.
- Yes users need to re-fill wallet if upon renew there is no balance user is marked unpaid (removed from the tier) they need to resubscribe. If user have credit in wallet already their service will renew and they continue without seeing any warning,
