Registration incl. DisableMemberSelfValidating component

Hi,

Now I set up DisableMemberSelfValidating component to have extra info about users who want to register.
Submitting the registration works fine.
The user receives an email with the URL to validate his/her email.

But the admin receives no notification that a new account must be approved.

How is it possible to have a small email notification and/or OSSN notification for admin users, when a user must be approved?

What do you suggest?
Configuring a smtp php file? Where is it?

It looks like your mailer is not sending the email. The debugs shows email is sent successfully for admin notification. Now we have tested it many times on your site.

We also tested few test installations and it works fine for us. the issue is with your email provider. PHP sends the email but we have no idea whether it is sent from MTA or not.

Didn't modify any mail file. But ossn sends mails to the people who register all the way so if it's using the same gateway...
But why not checking the config file. Where is it?

I have shared details with Michael to see.

How are you sending email from @gmail.com without using SMTP component? did you modified OssnMail file?

Hi again Michael,
I did this test and it works fine, manually. But not via OSSN.
Could it be an isse at the OSSN side and not your component ?
If not, could any reinstall of the component help ?

Just tried it on a second site with French: working fine.
Try to send any mail to your notification box manually and check if it arrives in the inbox.
I'm sorry, but I have no other idea (and haven't got any other similar problem report in all these years of the component's existance.

1: Yes, I did on a secondary mailbox.
2: 100% sure :-(
