How do I find a LAMP stack developer

I have a VPS I want to install OSSN 8.1 on. I am an IT professional but I haven't done multi-tier development work since 2009 and with my efforts to get a consulting company going I don't have time to piece together the OSSN requirements step-by-step.

Are there any recommendations on how I can find someone to install OSSN 8.1 on Ubuntu? I may or may not be able to pay the person's normal rate but I am definitely going to pay, and if this task is done well I will consider discussions of equity partnership.
