Ads Insterter - How to move ad image so it's more centered instead of where it is on the left of ad?

Please forgive me in advance if this seems like a dumb question. I'm not very experienced with coding.
Through trial and error I have worked out how to make the ad image a little bigger and easier to see, but am still trying to figure out how to make the ad image appear more towards the center of the ad instead of on the left where it appears now. Is there an easy way to do this and if so can someone offer a little guidance?
