Hamburger menu on mobile question...

Hello, just have a question regarding the hamburger menu. Is there any easy way to make this menu smaller, it's so large that you can't see the log out at the bottom of it.
Ideally instead of having ADD group/my groups and groups as individual
lines it would be nice to have one line with a sub group when clicked with these options.
Am I missing something here is there an area where this menu can be edited/changed?
For the record I was able to fix it by updating the CSS and adding a javascript click handler in the footer of the theme. Looks good now.
Upon further investigation I think maybe I need to fix the CSS file since the submenus work fine at a larger desktop width. I'm going to do some investigating and see if I can repair this. Thanks.

There is no such a menu item logout at bottom of it.
