Get 403 forbidden error

Was working before don't know what happened. Now get 403 forbidden error when trying to vist the site, but the admin dashboard works fine.
I fixed it by completely deleting everything where it's stored and then reinstalling with cPanel softaculous apps installer. For future reference in case someone's database gets corrupted like mine. MAKE SURE TO DELETE EVERYTHING and then reinstall.
It was the 'Invalid data directory or directory is not writeable' error.
