Weird bug with pasting emoticons

If using OSSN:
OSSN version: 9.11

If facing any bug:
PHP Version : 8.1
Error Log if any:
Browser:
OS (Window):

The emoji picker opens correctly in both the wall composer and comment composer.
In comments, clicking an emoji inserts it into the comment field.
In the main timeline composer, clicking an emoji does nothing.
This occurs in both the normal browser and the installed PWA.
The same emoji component therefore works, but appears to lose or select the wrong target input for the wall composer.

any idea where to look for, got no error.log

Quick fix is you can replace file
