Upgrade Notifications don't appears in softaculous, why & what can on that.
It is always easy to upgrade in softaculous than manual upgrading, please check on this

But u did it sometimes ago, from version 2.8 to version 3.1

Sorry we can't upgrade your website as it is installed using softaculous please contact softaculous

Yes, I logged in as administrator, but it did the same

Because you are not following instructions. You have to first login as admin.

I have tried to do so for many tines, but it was only returning 404 page not found

But please I look into the cPanel file, and I found upgrades in it, but what can I do, to get my site upgraded,
