Hello Arsalan, I want to change the profile cover image on my own admin account but I cannot do it,
The previous image just doesn't change, I even went to the photos where the photo is stored and delete it, but still yet, the cover image just doesn't change and I know the same will happen on all other users account.
Please what do I do?

It looks like the browser cache is not invalidated after deleting the current profile cover image.
I have filed a bug report. See https://github.com/opensource-socialnetwork/opensource-socialnetwork/issues/590
In the meantime you may flush your browser cache manually by pressing Strg-F5
