Where can i add the files?

That's normal, Pio :)
Language archives cannot be installed by the component's installer yet. They have to be unzipped manually at the server side. (That's why it makes sense to prepare the below mentioned directory structure first.)

It says it cannot load component, to check version or file when i try to load this zip.

Prepare a directory tree looking like
ossn/locale
ossn/installation/locales
ossn/components/OssnAds/locale
..... down to .....
ossn/components/OssnWall/locale
place your translations into the locale directories
make a zip file of the tree
go to the component store **https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/components/all**
click "Create Project"
and enter a description text and where to download your archive
