I would like to know know to send files by private messages ? (seeably, et first it is not possible. Is there is component for that ?)

you could limit the file extension and file size as long as there is a disclaimer covering the /admin/owner"s" it would be fine legally,

currently this functionality is not available, neither in the core distribution nor in any component.
To my opinion this would a questionable 'goodie' anyway, because as the owner/admin of a forum like that you'll become responsible for all kind of pirated stuff your users may want to transfer sooner or later. :)
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
