I managed to install the OSSN V4.0 unfortunately its not fu.nctioning correctly, if someone can help please let me know here is the address http://cashgossip.com thank you, i will send you the detail of control pernel and other things which you may need to help,, thanks once again.

Perhaps the right moment to remember how easily OSSN can be moved from one location to another.
Thus, as long as you stay with the same server, there's no need for a complete re-install.
Simply correct the installation path in configurations/ossn.config.site.phpto reflect the true location of OSSN. In your case the line should look like
$Ossn->url = 'http://cashgossip.com/ossn/';

One thing is that you installed it in the subdirectory ossn so you have to visit http://cashgossip.com/ossn to view the site. Secondly, it looks like the theme you are using doesn't work. I would delete the installation and then reinstall. make sure you delete the option to install in subdirectory of ossn and leave that field blank.
