How to develop theme from ossn resposive theme

i would like to share my theme with community but how to change it ..or how to create a new theme from default responsive heme

I would like to state, it's not useless because that's what it stated on the Admin panel when trying to install it, whether or not your views on this subject think this is, I find that remark rude to a potential customer/blogger.

Okay so your theme isn't compatible with Ossn.

i havemodified the css files if you would like to have a site with new look get the css file here https://github.com/mwitialex/ossn-css/tree/master then replace with your site css @ current theme css

I have updated the HOW-TO to reflect the name change from default to goblue now.
The basic directory structure of both Ossn 3.x and 4.x themes is very much the same, though. Thus, if you still have difficulties following the HOW-TO or need line-by-line assistance you may ask for support at http://softlab24.com.

those was to older themes what about the new responsive theme ..........the theme has no line 11 or remembered option
