I am using default theme and noticed that when I view site on mobile device, updates on the wall that shows someone updated their profile picture or added an image, the image displays full size and is not responsive.
Anyone else having this issue?

By the way, I have already disabled all non-core components and no different in results. Running OSSN 4.1
