So how I can translate the index of the sites "terms, privacy, about us" ?

Oh only for that , sorry.
I translation is made in ossn/component/OssnSitePages/locale
(in the same way with the ossn.en.php file)

You have to go in ossn/locale
You open the ossn.com.php file
You translate de page in the language you want (without forgetting to replace les en $en with the code of your language).
