What do you mean with 'exact way'?
The necessary steps are already mentioned by Arsalan below your posting.
And yes ... a community adminstrator should have at least a basic knowledge of how to create, move, edit and un/zip files and he should be familiar with the directory structure of his server.
moving these files will it create any issues? and is there a feed that tells the exact way to do it?
You have to move you installation , first of all
- Disable Cache
- Move files form /ossn to public_html directory or www.
- At last you have to edit files in configurations/ directory
