i need help i want to install facebook theme but when i install error come say to me its for old version me using 4.2 version of ossn software

Is your website back or still same issue? If so also try to change cache value to 0 from ossn_settings

I copies Oinitial on facebook 3.0 theme.
Now facebook 3.0 theme became Ossn First 3.0 and
the my theme Oinitial became also Ossn First 3.0 but I cannot activate it.

I think changing by database ossnsitesettings is the better solution.
I am on OSSN 4.0

Another way :

Copy contents from your old theme directory like themes/default/ to /themes/facebook/

where facebook is directory of your facebook 3.0 theme.

One more thing you can do is go to your database ossnsitesettings find theme and change value to default.

(I suppose you are using OSSN v3.x)

Yes, but the drop down menu does not work from there, too.
No chance to change the theme nor to go into any other drop-down menu in the admin section.

You can go to admin area by yourwebsite.com/administrator/themes
