How can display the admin posts for all user who is loggin in ossn platform?
I tried the public method but require friendship.
It is possible?

Why not using the Blog component instead? Because it makes sense to separate those admin's posts, anyway. In order o make theme retrievable a little easier. Since you won't confront your users with daily announcements. If you have to you might have a problem with your community. :) Thus, kept in line with all other postings, in an active community your important admin posting will scroll out of sight after just a few minutes. And sad but my experience: Your members tend to read the first 3 entries, only.
A "Sticky Postings" component is just another feature list idea ... ;)
