I want to disable the e-mail confirmation system because people dont attract to website when then have to confirm their email because its a long process.

You better think about it:
A mail confirmation system will prevent spammers.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
