Hi,
I have suggestion to have check during OSSN install for php mcrypt.
Today I tried install OSSN on Debian Stretch and I was install PHP7.0 but forgot install php mycrypt. When I installed OSSN the check was OK, also I entered database fileds on next page but the nex page was very dumb error which only said that system error occured.
I did not know what was wrong. I needed to go to mysql database and in site settings I turned on error log and than I discovered that I forgot install php mcrypt.
So, for less experienced user this situation is unsolved and nobody knows what is wrong.
It will be good on OSSN check install page add also check for php mcrypt.

Aaah, OK, I did not know. :-)
