How to hide the transparent icons from home page.

I want to get rid of the 8 transparent icons from the home page. Any help?

Make friends with your browser's development console (see

Find the part of interest in Ossn (see

Decide to either develop a compoment for applying smaller changes -
or your own theme in case you have something really different in
