These kind of postings are absolutely useless.
Nobody knows which settings you were using before, as nobody knows which settings you are using now.
So what can we learn? Nothing.

Make sure the email address you entered with "Site Notification Email" is a valid working address and belongs to the namespace of your site.
OSSN has no standalone mailer but relies on the mail system your provider is offering. And if that isn't working or not configured to be called from 3rd party PHP scripts, please call your provider's support.
