Just like Facebook makes a big deal when theirs a Anniversary or Birthday, the site can send a big greeting of celebration to show our users that they are special and remembered... I think a social network should make people feel important and remembered... What do you think?

That sounds doable, hopfully someone with the skills can create that component for the community. I just have ideas, i need someone with skills to execute.

Its a good idea, you can achieve in following way :
Alternatively you can edit the birthday component by simply adding greet button, so you can click greet to greet your friend about brithday.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
