Since Ossn is designed to support a responsive design, it's making use of an underlying framework named 'Bootstrap' which is computing column widths dynamically - based on your browser window size.
In other words: We're not dealing with absolute pixels that can simply be reduced but have to remove/re-arrange the complete columns used by a theme.

Not the easy way, because the Goblue theme is reserving a right column any way - Ads disabled or not.
You'd have to create your own theme in order to achieve a wider wall. See https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/view/1063/how-to-develop-a-new-theme
