Yes I am back up and running and I did notice one small problem and that is when I try to login using the site address www.ourcommunitychat.com it won't log me in it just refreashes the login page.
But when I type in the address ourcommunitychat.com and try to login it logs me in fine.
I tried it with google chrome and internet explorer and I get the same results on both browsers.

I looked for an error_log file in the root directory for ossn and there isn't one.

ossn_users table seems fine, also installation url seems fine also.
Can check error_log file in root of ossn files. I think its session issue.

This is the ossn.config.site.php file
This is the ossn_users in mysql and as you can see the activation column is empty.

Go to phpmyadmin > your database > ossn_users and the see that activation column is empty , can you confirm it? because i just created account and also not able to login.

Yes i can see, its really strange. hmm can you share your ossn.config.site.php file here?

Thank you very much...I apologize for bothering you with this.
Just to let you know when I type in ourcommunitychat.com in the address bar it comes out as www.www.ourcommunitychat.com and a 404 error in the browser window instead of www.ourcommunitychat.com and the website in the browser window.

It should work. Try to edit site configurations
open
configurations/ossn.config.site.php
find your site url and change it to
http://www.ourcommunitychat.com/
After that install this component
