Change registration form can't see male or female option on the code

Hi,

So I would like to change the registration form, but on register.php I can't see the male or female option?

I would like to change it to something else, please could anyone help me with this?

Since Ossn's user counting (see your admin dashboard) is based on these two fields, they MUST NOT be removed or changed in any way.
Aside from that it's not recommended to change Ossn core files. Any customizations should be applied by components.

If you need some extra fields the Custom User Fields component is the right choice.
