Cannot add new posts

When me or any of my users try to add a new post, it does not show up at all. The first page in the pagination shows nothing but the box to post in. any help in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

Ossn 2.x require php 5.4 to work

OSSN version is 2.3, PHP version is 5.3.28.
Can you tell us which php and ossn version are you using?
