How can this issue be resolved in just there must be a way to edit it

well, you do get a notification on the mobile version - it will show an icon with the # of new messages on the top bar menu, and you can then click that to go to the messages page which will show you all the messages. but as for the chat windows popping up, no, Ossn does not do that by default, although the mobile (android, not browser) version from Softlab24 does have push notifications for messaging. If you wanted to add something like that to the mobile browser version, you'd have to add code to do that yourself. It could probably be done with something like 'toastr notifications'. Meaning if I'm in pc then the site works like Facebook with the messages popping up can that happen on mobile
