Here is a suggestion for a component: one that create a guest account (or makes it possible to make one out of an existing one) into a guest account; that allows you to log in but not write or edit anything, just read what's there and look around.
I have had plenty of people lately who says they want to have a look before creating an account. So something like this would be hugely appreciated.

I did this for my site... but it is like any other account. I had to remove the delete account function found in the GDPR component so no one could delete it. Seems to work pretty good as a guestbook for the site. Check it out if you will. Username: Guest - Password: 1234pass

i would suggest using the social theme. this at least gives a view of latest members and recent post before login or creating an account.

😊 Not that easy to create guest account i believe. It requires to take care of additional actions to see when its guest account and when not and there are too many actions to look into.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
