Log in takes too long

My site sweetnet.org/ossn loads fast, but after log-in it takes 15-20 seconds until I am logged in. This is too long... what could be the problem?

note=: i meant that it's not an apache issue.
it's ossn
3.0 will be more optimize

ossn 2.x has an issue with db as lee said above.

running nginx and varnish cache in front of apache would make it more faster.

Give it a try, disable OssnMembers and see if that makes a difference.

The hosting server is fine, Apache and cache on PHP 5.4 - even Wordpress starts fast ;-)

are you on shared hosting or vps?
are you running apache?

i think using nginx and varnish cache will help a lot

I know you guys are very fast so I will wait for v3.0 - currently there are 8 posts on home, that is not too much...

For quick solution, you have to limit wall posts on home page, maybe to 10-15, to limit it you have to edit components/OssnWall/classes/OssnWall.php

Let me know if you want to limit, i'll create a new OssnClass with limit for you.

@Sally, i think this is due to heavy database load , we have fixed some performance issues in v3.0 , its under development i will push to github for others to look what we are doing.

Premium Version

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
