I have issues with the very slow response from the server, it does appear to be the resources being used on the server which is
Ubuntu 18.04
it using 9.16% of 23Gig of ram
4% of CPU usage
I gave the server 400Gig of HD, 24Gig ram on a 50Meg connection
any idea what to look at

System is up and going to the best of my knowledge, still finding out how to use it

OSSN didn't need such a large specification and its appeared to be the issue with your local server as its not meant to run locally.

Running on a local server and where is the cache enabled I will check

Nope nothing other than what I mentioned, changed that setting from 1 to 0

The question was other "Did you changed the directories and files permission after installation of OSSN?"
Regarding this, are you running this on local server? did you enabled OSSN cache?

Seems you changed permission of directories after issue appeared?

That fixed it, set cache from 1 to 0
