Changed Welcome Message but not reflecting on site.

Hi all, I changed the welcome message "Join now to make new friends, create groups, add photos, and much more" but it still showing the default message on the main site. Pls what's the solution.

Thanks Steven, I have been able to fix thing. And the text, it appears now.

I just flush OSSN cache, and I got an entirely different error. Nothing shows on the site apart from a long list of emojis
