There are some changes and errors I needed to correct in the .pl language file ==== however this causes the ossn system to stop functioning and I did pay attention to the formatting ... any ideas ??

thanks that took care of the problems - when I will finish updating the Polish pack (grammar spelling missing entries) I will submit it for publication

Aside from that the Translation Check component may be of help for finding missing translations. See

Go to administrator panel -> basic settings -> enable display errors.
Now visit your website and see what error you are getting?
Try now to see in error_log file not server log file. error log is located in root of the OSSN files.
