I created a test user and did not receive a confirmation email. I do not receive email as a user and as an administrator. I requested a registration and the same happens when you try to register. And to enable the castro manually, you don't have the option to enable it. Can you help me?

it worked a friend. disabling chash and retaining or SMTP plugin. I would like to know where I can configure the sending email. Thanks.

Okay, I already did the indicated procedure, I installed the system information (my email is a password), but I don't know what to do now. My server is hostinger, and what happens is that he is not receiving a registration email. Can you help me? I tried a smtp component, which connected to the server but didn't work yet.

Hello ~ Z ~ Man! The system does not report any errors. You just don't receive emails. nowhere.
