Anonymous users can view my profile info, such as my friend list and also my photo albums. Can I make all profile information private?

Did you browse the Dowload/Components section of this site already?
I think there's a component named Private Network available to achieve want you want.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
