Hi Can anyone tell why th layout has chaged when I apllied new language

in language file added the Spanish translation for about terms
site:about => 'About terms',
Refer en.php file
I can't share a photo or message
Yes, thank you it's working fine, but there are some things that cannot be translated like in fotter it says :
site:aboutsite:termssite:privacy
instead of
About terms or Privacy (in sapnish)
what have I missed?

It seems layout is fine, can you share a photo? also try to enable/disable cache.
