How do I remove the first and last names from the registration and reflected only username profile?

you can delete code lines them from the files:
actions\user\register
actions\administrator\user\add
actions\administrator\user\edit
system\plugins\default\forms\admin\user\adduser
system\plugins\default\forms\admin\user\edit
system\plugins\default\forms\signup
